Digital Product Policy
END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
By purchasing, downloading, or clicking "I Agree" to access Traffic Garden Design's by Finn Quinn (TGD) traffic garden plan sets (“Plan Sets"), you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the following terms:
1. Grant of License. Subject to payment, TGD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased Plan Set(s) to build the specific number of physical traffic gardens at the location(s) authorized by your purchase order.
2. Restrictions: You will not reuse or share the Plan Set(s) with others, except for contract bids installations for your authorized traffic garden(s).
3. Disclaimer of Liability. TGD is not responsible for the construction, condition, maintenance, or operation of the traffic garden(s).
4. Services in Virginia. All TGD services are performed solely within the Commonwealth of Virginia.
5. General. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and TGD regarding the Design License and may not be altered except in writing.

Refunds are only issued for duplicate purchases, failed file delivery, or incorrect items.
